Electric Love FX and EQD introduce the Norrsken, a modern take on a forgotten Swedish fuzz circuit.

Electric Love FX is back for their third pedal release, this time partnering with the amazing Earthquaker Devices. Meet the Norrsken, their take on a forgotten Swedish fuzz pedal, the Carlin Compressor, featuring a 3-band EQ and a stunning aurora borealis facade. Norrsken is the Swedish word for the northern lights, which just so happened to visit us in the USA shortly after this pedal was brought to life. See the stunning image capture by Electric Love FX below!

My full review of this will be available on Ultimate Guitar, so please head over there to read! In the meantime, go grab your own one of these from Electric Love FX, and watch my demo of this blissfully fizzy, lo-fi vintage fuzz circuit below! Here’s what you need to know about this amazing fuzz.
Controls: 3-band EQ (hi, mid, lo), compression, fuzz, and volume controls that intimately interact with one another to shape tone.
Sound: Fun, vintage fuzz that isn’t as smooth as a Tone Bender, or massively thick as a Big Muff. Sputtery, velcro-y, and crackly, in a good way.
